SMS Program
OEE IntelliSuite Production Alerts
Facility personnel can choose to receive production alerts by text message. This page describes what the program sends, how consent is collected, and how to stop receiving messages at any time.
Program summary
- Program name
- OEE IntelliSuite Production Alerts
- Who receives messages
- Authorized personnel at a facility that licenses OEE IntelliSuite, who have entered their own mobile number and given consent themselves.
- Message type
- Transactional operational alerts only. No marketing, promotional, or sales content is ever sent through this program.
- Message frequency
- Varies. Messages are triggered by production events such as unplanned downtime or a metric falling below target, so volume depends on the facility and its configured alert rules.
- Cost
- Message and data rates may apply. OEE IntelliSuite offers texting-alert plans with included monthly volume and a published overage rate.
See our pricing page for current texting-alert plan details.
How people opt in
The opt-in happens in the Pulse application rather than on this website, because the alerting lives in your own deployment rather than on anything of ours. Consent is always given by the person who owns the phone.
- The user signs in to their facility’s Pulse instance using their own credentials.
- The user opens the Texting alerts screen, under Settings, and enters their own mobile number. Numbers cannot be added on another person’s behalf.
- The user checks a consent box, unchecked by default, next to the disclosure shown below.
- The consent record is stored with the user identity, the mobile number, a timestamp, and the version of the disclosure that was displayed.
- Alerts begin only after that consent record exists. A number with no consent record is never messaged.

How we handle your number
Mobile numbers collected for this program are used only to deliver the production alerts described above and the related help and opt-out replies. We do not sell or rent them, and they are not used for marketing. Numbers are stored within the customer deployment that collected them. The only third party they are shared with is our messaging provider, which receives a number solely to deliver a message on our behalf. We may also disclose a number where required by law.
