Can I change modules during my subscription?
Yes! You can add or remove modules at any time. Changes will be prorated for the remainder of your current billing period.
What happens if I cancel?
Your software access ends at the end of your paid period. No data is deleted - if you resubscribe, everything will be as you left it.
Can I switch to a license model later?
Absolutely! We can credit a portion of your subscription fees toward a one-time license purchase. Contact us to discuss options.
Do add-ons cost more as I add devices?
No. Custom Forms, Costing and BOM, and Advisor are $500 per year each, at any device count, and Continuous Improvement will be the same when it ships. Only the core modules carry a per-device charge past 10 devices.
How is AI analysis priced?
On the annual model, Advisor and other AI analysis are the $500 per year Advisor add-on. On a one-time license, AI analysis makes the otherwise optional annual fee required for as long as you use it.
Do I need all modules?
Not at all! Start with what you need. Many customers begin with just Pulse for monitoring, then add Explorer for analytics as they grow.
