AI: Finish-time estimate

Know when the running job will finish.

A model estimates the finish from earlier runs of the same job, stops included, and gives you a clock time you can plan the next changeover or crew handoff around.

What it does

A clock time, not a guess from the piece count.

Dividing pieces left by the current rate ignores the stops that always happen. The estimate learns from how long earlier runs of the same job really took.

Ask for a demo on your own plant data.
  • Looks at how long earlier runs took to finish from about the same piece count.
  • Counts the stops those runs had, so the estimate is not a straight-line guess.
  • Shows the estimate as a clock time on the timeline, next to the time already run.
  • Helps you line up the next changeover, material or crew handoff.

How it works

How it works, in three steps.

01

It reads earlier runs

Past runs of the same job show how they finished from the same point.

02

It compares the running job

Pieces made so far and the time run place this job on those earlier paths.

03

You get a finish time

An estimated clock time appears on the timeline, with the time left shown as a lighter bar.

Plan the next changeover around a real finish time.

Bring a recurring job and we will show how the estimate compares with how it has actually finished.
